The client will pay this fee ahead of the appointment as a pre-paid fee and would still be responsible for the cost of the appointment. This is NOT a deposit but a prepay that is in addition to the service cost of the appointment. Prepay fees are deposited to you the same way as appointment services via your bank account or debit card.
