Can I try it out before committing?

Absolutely. You may try out various premium features while on the free plan, including online appointment booking and email campaigns. To try out our  features with our 14-day trial free of charge. After the 14-day free trial period, if you do not elect to subscribe to a monthly or annual plan we will then add a Booking Service Fee to all appointments booked by clients. The Booking Service Fee varies per country. Adding a Subscription at any time will remove the Booking Service Fee. 

What is the payment cycle?

We offer both monthly and annual subscriptions, so you can choose the payment frequency that is most convenient for you.

Do you offer discounted subscriptions?

Yes, when subscribing to any annual plan, you receive a significant discount (ranges between 15-20%) over the monthly rate.

Will I be able to change my subscription in the future?

Yes, you may change your subscription at any time.

Will I be able to cancel my account?

Yes, if you decide GoPanache is not the best solution for your business you may cancel your account. If you cancel within the 14-day trial period, you will not be charged for the subscription. If you have already paid, your subscription will remain active at its current level through the end of the billing period. 

What are the charges for text messages - SMS marketing?

GoPanache offers automated text message confirmations, reminders and notifications for your clients and staff, making sure everyone stays fully notified and nothing slips between the cracks. When subscribing SMS reminders  are free of charge. Fees for additional text messages are for SMS marketing and we give you 150 at no charge each month. Additional SMS can be purchased for 500 = $15 and 1000 = $30 SMS messages. Your additional SMS quota will automatically renew when the balance is low. You may choose to turn off your auto renew settings.

Do you support multiple users and permissions for staff members?

Yes, our subscriptions include staff members. Each staff or team member will receive their own login.

Does the mobile app entail any extra charges?

No extra charges – GoPanache comes with a free mobile app for Apple or Android, helping you run your business even when on the go.

Do you offer any setup assistance?

Of course ! Our support team is here to help you get started. We offer video tutorials, step-by-step guides and personal 1:1 set up sessions.
